Does Assam Have A Shatabdi Express Train Service?
Assam had one Shatabdi Express, the Dibrugarh–Guwahati Shatabdi Express (train number 12086), which is one of Indian Railways’ premium services. This train operates only three days a week—on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The 12085/86 Dibrugarh–Guwahati Shatabdi Express was temporarily suspended during the COVID-19 pandemic but has now resumed operations.
